Who This Role Is ForYou'll be excited about this if you:
- Are full-stack and like to learn new skills - prior experience with LLM/AI product development not required, but helpful
- Ready to ship voice AI features to production in the next 30 days
- Want to own and run with significant technical decisions, with room to grow into leading technical execution
- Are energized by working in person
- Are a product person, and like polished, well-designed tools - we are going to build one, and prioritize this as we go
- Excited about exploring the potential to scale companies to huge sizes with small headcounts as AI continues to improve
- If you do want to found your own company someday - you will have a clear view into engineering, product, go-to-market, and the iterative loop that connects all 3
You won't like this if:
- Are looking for a clean, siloed engineering job - like most startups, this is too early to join if you want a stable, well-defined ticket-execution role
- Are not excited about building something big, quickly
- Don't want to prioritize working in-person several days a week
Requirements- Portfolio of projects (ideally LLM-based)
- CS degree or dropout
- NYC or willing to relocate
About the Founder:I'm Justin Woodbridge - I'm a multi-time, technical founder. My last startup, Bayes, went through YC in 2019. It was acquired by Airtable in 2021. Before that, I built a bootstrapped fundraising tool that processed >$100M of GMV. I studied CS at Columbia, and live in Brooklyn, NY. Other members of the team include ex-Airtable engineers and an exited healthcare staffing platform founder.
