As an early career PhD hire, you9ll join our Early Career Foundation (ECF) program, building advanced technical and leadership capabilities through multiple rotations within your specialty area in your first several years. Work Locations

As a PhD early career hire, you9ll be placed at one of our research facilities or operating sites, primarily in the Houston area or at select U.S. locations. Through the ECF program, you may complete multiple assignments at a single location or across multiple locations, depending on development objectives and business needs.

Assignments may include, but are not limited to the following locations:
 Baton Rouge, Louisiana
 Baytown, Texas
 Beaumont, Texas
 Houston Area (Spring), Texas (Corporate Headquarters)
 Joliet, Illinois
 Mont Belvieu, Texas

Compensation

Individual pay will be determined based on various factors including degree/education, discipline, skills, abilities, qualifications, and work experience.

Illinois Equal Pay Act

Pursuant to the Illinois Equal Pay Act, for Illinois employment, the expected annual salary range for this position is $135,000 - $155,000 base salary ($/year).
