Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled PhD-trained AI/ML Data Scientist with strong expertise in Python, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, advanced data modeling, and statistical analysis. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing, developing, validating, and deploying scalable AI/ML solutions to address complex business challenges. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI/ML models using Python. • Build predictive and statistical models to solve complex business problems. • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify patterns and derive actionable insights. • Develop, validate, optimize, and deploy machine learning algorithms in production environments. • Translate business requirements into scalable AI-driven solutions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the AI/ML solution development lifecycle. • Evaluate model accuracy, scalability, reliability, and performance. • Continuously optimize existing models and machine learning solutions. • Apply advanced data modeling and statistical techniques to support business objectives. • Stay current with emerging AI/ML technologies, methodologies, and industry best practices. Required Qualifications • PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative discipline. • 8-12 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML and Data Science. • Strong proficiency in Python. • Strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. • Advanced knowledge of data modeling, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling. • Experience developing, validating, and deploying machine learning models. • Proven experience delivering scalable AI solutions within enterprise environments. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
