Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a PharmaSuite MES Lead to support a pharmaceutical manufacturing customers Manufacturing Quality Execution System and Tickets program, which is a complex Next generation MES program . The Rockwell FTPS 11.0 Lead will be responsible for leading the TCS PharmaSuite support and enhancement team across multiple pharmaceutical manufacturing sites. The role requires strong expertise in Rockwell PharmaSuite FTPS 11.0, pharmaceutical manufacturing operations, stakeholder management, incident and change management, and global support delivery. The individual will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, manufacturing operations teams, quality teams, and technical support teams to ensure stable, compliant, and efficient operation of the PharmaSuite platform.
o Lead and manage PharmaSuite FTPS support activities across multiple manufacturing sites.
o Coordinate onsite and offshore support teams.
o Drive service delivery excellence and adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
o Conduct operational reviews and governance meetings with customer stakeholders.
o Provide technical leadership and mentorship to support team members.
o Act as the primary point of contact for customer leadership and site stakeholders.
o Facilitate issue resolution and escalation management.
o Provide technical leadership for Rockwell PharmaSuite FTPS 11.0 applications.
o Lead incident, problem, change, and release management activities.
o Support manufacturing, quality, validation, and IT teams.
o Ensure adherence to GxP regulations and pharmaceutical compliance requirements.
o Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
Salary Range: $115,000- $120,000 a year
