Salary Range:
$130,842.00 - $209,347.00

Salary Range: Min. $54.14/hr - Max $89.33/hr

The Pharmacy Supervisor - Chemo/Sterile Products is responsible for providing and overseeing the full range of pharmaceutical care services including, but not limited to: Chemotherapy/Infusion Center satellite pharmacy, Nuclear Medicine compounding pharmacy, Operating Room satellite pharmacies, USP 797/800 compliance.

Working as part of the patient care team, the pharmacy supervisor manages and supervises the day to day operations and personnel of the Pharmacy Department. The Pharmacy Supervisor reports to the Pharmacy Directors. Among other things this person will:
  • Assist in the continued advancement of pharmaceutical care services.
  • Willingly provide any and all appropriate functions as a recognized expert and leader.
  • Supervise assigned areas of the Department
  • Participate in the hiring of new staff
  • Conduct performance evaluations
  • Develop policies and procedures
  • Assure that assigned areas function within all legal and professional standards
  • Oversee and coordinate training of staff
  • Oversee and coordinate ongoing competency programs
  • Provide day to day support for staff
