Job Duties:• The Pharmacy Director is responsible for the planning, development, and operation of all activities within the pharmacy.
• Creates and sustains a culture of continuous improvement in quality, patient safety, and pharmacy operations.
• Manages the department ensuring compliance with local, state and federal laws.
• Provides supervision for other pharmacists and pharmacy technicians; also serves as a working pharmacist for the facility.
Qualifications- 3-5 years of pharmacy leadership experience.
- Hospital experience preferred.
- Pharm D.
- Current WA State Pharmacist license required.
