Work Schedule:
100% FTE, day shift. Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00AM and 5:00PM. You will work at University Hospital in Madison, WI. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

Support pharmacy operations and clinical programs within Wisconsin's only Comprehensive Cancer Center, contributing to accreditation, quality, research, and programmatic excellence in adult and pediatric cancer patients.

We are seeking a Pharmacy Coordinator - Oncology Services to:
  • Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing, and operational leaders to develop and implement best practices for oncology treatment and medication management
  • Foster strategic partnerships with regional oncology affiliates and external organizations to advance program growth, clinical integration, and service excellence

Qualifications

  • Certification through the appropriate certifying program (Board of Pharmacy Specialties, National Board of Nutrition Support Certification, National Certification Board for Anticoagulation Providers, Specialty Pharmacy Certification Board, etc.) Preferred
