Key Responsibilities:- Dispense medications as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Monitor patient drug therapies and provide necessary counseling.
- Ensure compliance with all pharmaceutical laws and regulations.
- Supervise pharmacy staff and conduct in-service training.
- Assist in formulary development and policy review.
- Administer immunizations and vaccines.
- Perform other duties as assigned within the scope.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor's or Doctorate degree in pharmacy or pharmacology.
- Valid Texas pharmacist license.
- Strong understanding of dosage requirements and pharmaceutical practices.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations.
- Team player with a focus on collaboration.
