Hours and Location:- This pharmacy serves the local community Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm (closed from 12 to 1 for lunch)

How You'll Make an Impact:As a Pharmacist-In-Charge on the Specialty Pharmacy team at Omnicell, you'll work at the top of your license, contribute to a community's well-being, and lead the pharmacy team. With autonomy, you'll drive efficient, effective, and continually improving pharmacy operations, while being a part of a global organization dedicated to innovation in medication management.
- Provide exceptional and personalized patient care and pharmacy consulting services; advise and guide with empathy, confidentiality, and diligence
- Build effective relationships with local physicians and medical community to ensure accurate and safe dispensing of medication to patients
- Business acumen and leadership; own pharmacy operations and embrace continual improvement, learning, and leading to provide the best possible patient care and empower the pharmacy team's development
- Stay informed of regulations, retail pharmacy best practices, and knowledge of specialty diseases such as Autoimmune, Oncology, Hepatitis C, HIV, and more
- Clinical oversight and industry innovation; committee member participation as Omnicell leads innovation in medication management and elevates the roles of the pharmacist in healthcare

What You'll BringBasic Qualifications:- Pharm.D. or BS Pharmacy degree from an accredited college of pharmacy
- Successful completion of California state pharmacy board examination
- Pharmacist license current and in good standing in California
- Up-to-date on all continuing education requirements
- Three (3) year of experience in the practice of pharmacy
Preferred Qualifications:- Two (2) years of experience in pharmacy management
Work Environment and Physical Demands:- This position is moderately active and requires standing, walking, and other movement for the duration of the shift and lifting up to 25 pounds
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear
- Ability to see distinctions in colors and shapes

For California applicants only, the salary range for this role is $167,000-$177,000 annually, plus eligibility for a 12% annual bonus.
