Pharmacist-in-Charge | Little Rock, AR Full-Time | $135,000-$165,000/year based on experience | 100% Employee-Owned Monday - Friday 9AM - 5:30PM & Saturday Rotation 10AM - 2PM This is a unique opportunity to build your own team and have a hand in shaping the pharmacy from the beginning, with the support of an established and growing LTC pharmacy behind you.
The Day-to-Day- Lead daily pharmacy operations and workflow
- Hire, train and support your pharmacy team
- Oversee medication dispensing, verification and quality assurance
- Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations
- Oversee inventory and controlled substances
- Work directly with prescribers, nurses, caregivers and healthcare partners
- Build relationships with local agencies and providers
- Partner with Neighborhood leadership as the pharmacy grows

Requirements
The Must-Haves- PharmD degree from an accredited institution
- Active Arkansas pharmacist license in good standing, or ability to obtain before starting
- 2+ years of experience as a licensed pharmacist
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
