Full Job Description
JOB SUMMARY

To provide the appropriate level of pharmaceutical care services to patients, while complying with all state and federal laws or rules governing the practice of pharmacy. Ensuring that drugs and/or devices are prepared for distribution safely, and accurately as prescribed. Supervising any delegated act performed by pharmacy technicians or pharmacy technician trainees.

Minimum Education
  • BS in Pharmacy or PharmD.

Minimum Work Experience
  • No previous experience

Required Licenses/Certifications
  • Active License as registered pharmacist in the state of Texas

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
  • Ability to effectively direct and/or supervise personnel as appropriate.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Ability to maintain professional appearance and decorum at all times.
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.
