As a Pharmacist, you have a critical role at the forefront of delivering client's purpose, modeling their values, and demonstrating genuine, authentic care for patients. In addition to supporting the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing your Pharmacy Technician Support Staff, you are accountable for supporting the management, oversight and operation of all aspects within your pharmacy.

A key component of the Staff Pharmacist role is keeping your customers and patients healthy through adoption and management of patient care programs.
Additionally, you will:

Motivate, inspire and develop your Pharmacy Support Staff by balancing assignments that maximize colleagues' strengths, address development opportunities and decrease knowledge gaps

Minimum Required Qualifications
Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
Able to attain Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA)
Imply acquired knowledge to help drive healthy outcomes and differentiate client from competitors
Valid Drivers License
Education
Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
Additional details include:
Scheduled shifts will be between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
CWPs would be scheduled 8-10 hours per day, 4-5 days per week.
CWPs would not be asked to open or close the pharmacy and would never serve as the sole pharmacist on duty.
Notes:
Onsite
Monday through Sunday, potential overnight schedules, reserved for overtime, when necessary.
Worker may be asked to work at more than one location as needed
