Full Job Description
Position Title: Personnel Security Specialist
Location: Chantilly, VA
Clearance: Active TS/SCI required
U.S. Citizenship required

OMNI Consulting Solutions is seeking for a Personnel Security Specialist to support security clearance processing, SCI indoctrinations and debriefings, visit certifications, access rosters, continuous evaluation requirements, and personnel security tracking activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process personnel security clearance requests, periodic reinvestigations, and upgrades/downgrades.
  • Conduct SCI indoctrinations and debriefings and maintain associated documentation.
  • Prepare and submit visit certifications and process incoming/outgoing visit requests.
  • Maintain personnel access rosters and ensure alignment with program access requirements.
  • Support continuous evaluation (CE) program requirements, including monitoring and reporting of relevant personnel security information.
  • Maintain accurate personnel security case files and tracking logs in security systems of record.
  • Coordinate with government security offices on adjudication status, suitability issues, and clearance actions.
  • Assist with in/out-processing of cleared personnel, including read-on/read-off procedures.


  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance.
  • Experience (5+ years) in personnel security administration within a government or contractor environment.
  • Working knowledge of the security clearance lifecycle and adjudicative guidelines.
  • Proficiency with personnel security case management/tracking systems (e.g., DISS, NBIS, e-QIP).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive personal information with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications
  • CI polygraph.
  • Experience supporting Intelligence Community personnel security programs (Scattered Castles).
  • Familiarity with Security Executive Agent Directive (SEAD) requirements, including SEAD 3 and SEAD 6.
