Full Job Description
Salary range: $90K - $90K

Location: Phoenix, AZ

About this role

We need a newly licensed attorney (0-2 years of experience) with an active Arizona bar license who is eager to build a career in plaintiff-side personal injury law. You should be a hard worker with a great personality, team-first attitude, and genuine interest in PI work. Bonus points if you have any prior legal experience (defense or plaintiff side) and a connection to the Phoenix community.

What you'll do:
  • Own cases cradle to grave within a structured pod - from intake through resolution with no handoffs between teams
  • Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and correspondence for personal injury matters
  • Communicate directly with clients regarding case status and strategy, providing compassionate and transparent updates
  • Attend hearings, mediations, and court appearances as the pod's dedicated attorney
  • Work closely with your pod leader (Chris Stapley) and senior attorneys for mentorship, guidance, and case development
  • Maintain organized case files, meet court deadlines, and manage a growing caseload as you develop competency

About the environment:
  • You'll be the founding attorney in a pod with two intake staff - real ownership and visibility from day one
  • Mentorship-heavy culture: you won't receive cases until your pod leader is confident you're ready
  • No billable hour requirements - performance is measured by outcomes, not hours logged
  • Family-oriented culture with exceptional retention (senior employees at 25-28 years tenure)
  • Community volunteering during business hours, on the clock
  • "Great Place to Work" award recipient consistently
