  • Ensure the community is ready for regulatory inspections through regular audits and updates of policies
  • Lead and support staff by embodying the company culture

  • Manage finances to meet or exceed community financial targets
  • Supervise community management team to maintain smooth operations that meet resident and visitor needs

SAME DAY PAY available!

Salary Range Starting at $115,000 per year, commensurate with experience

(Candidates Must have Pennsylvania Personal Care Home Administrator License to Apply)

JobResponsibilities Include


  • Ensures that the community is prepared for inspection by regulatory agencies through regular auditing and updating of community policies and procedures, medical records documentation, environmental standards, etc
  • Lead,develop, and support staff through role modeling and the company culture
  • Serveas sales leader of the community driving community occupancy, marketingoutreach, and referrals
  • Meetor exceed the financial goals of the community through revenue generatingexpense management and labor control
  • Supervise and lead the community management team to ensure a smooth operation that meets the needs of residents, families, associates and visitors
Qualifications:


  • Collegedegree and administrator's license/certification per state requirements
  • Prior General Manager, Executive Director or Administrator experience within the health care industry preferred
