Pennsylvania Personal Care Home Administrator License required
College degree with relevant administrator certification preferred
Previous experience as General Manager, Executive Director, or Administrator in healthcare is a plus
Strong passion for assisting seniors and enhancing their lives
Effective communication skills in English, both oral and written
Responsibilities
Ensure the community is ready for regulatory inspections through regular audits and updates of policies
Lead and support staff by embodying the company culture
Drive community occupancy through sales leadership and effective marketing outreach
Manage finances to meet or exceed community financial targets
Supervise community management team to maintain smooth operations that meet resident and visitor needs

Salary Range Starting at $115,000 per year, commensurate with experience

JobResponsibilities Include
Ensures that the community is prepared for inspection by regulatory agencies through regular auditing and updating of community policies and procedures, medical records documentation, environmental standards, etc
Lead,develop, and support staff through role modeling and the company culture
Serveas sales leader of the community driving community occupancy, marketingoutreach, and referrals
Meetor exceed the financial goals of the community through revenue generatingexpense management and labor control
Supervise and lead the community management team to ensure a smooth operation that meets the needs of residents, families, associates and visitors
Qualifications:
Collegedegree and administrator's license/certification per state requirements
Prior General Manager, Executive Director or Administrator experience within the health care industry preferred
