Full Job Description
POSITION: Performance Measures and Data Analyst

LOCATION: Headquarters

GRADE: 19 MA

SALARY RANGE: $74,414 - $126,538- Full-time - 37.5 hrs./weekly

Overall Position Purpose:This highly skilled and technical position supports the entire library system in achieving its strategic initiatives through data-driven performance evaluation. It assists innovations in library services that meet community-focused outcomes through the development of accessible data infrastructure and conducting relevant research. The position serves as the library's lead for organizational performance measurement, data strategy, and analytics by designing, implementing, and maintaining systems that collect, analyze, and communicate meaningful data to support evidence-based decision-making. It translates internal operational and external community data into actionable insights that inform budgeting, staffing, collections, programming, marketing, facilities planning, and other strategic priorities. The position also ensures that measurement practices align with the library's Strategic Plan and external reporting requirements, collaborates with internal and external partners to strengthen data systems and reporting processes, and promotes a culture of data fluency and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university with major coursework in business analytics, information science, social science, statistics, or related field, plus four years relevant work experience.

OR

Master's degree from an accredited university with major coursework in business analytics, information science, social science, statistics, or related field, plus one year of relevant work experience.
