The ideal candidate combines excellent media planning and execution skills with a deep curiosity about performance, audiences and conversion. Key responsibilities
  • Plan, build, launch and optimise paid search and paid social campaigns in-house, aligned to acquisition, revenue, CPA, ROAS and lifetime-value objectives.
  • Manage day-to-day campaign execution across platforms including Google Ads and Meta, with exposure to additional channels such as LinkedIn, Reddit, display and native media a plus.
  • Support the Director of Performance Marketing in developing channel strategies, media plans, forecasting and budget recommendations.
  • Monitor performance closely and make proactive optimisation decisions across bidding, budgets, audiences, keywords, creative, placements and campaign structure.
  • Identify insights and opportunities to improve conversion rates, efficiency, scale and incrementality across the acquisition funnel.
  • Partner with creative teams to develop, test and refresh high-performing ad creative and messaging.
  • Work with analytics, data and product teams to ensure accurate measurement, reporting and attribution, and to identify onsite and checkout-funnel opportunities.
  • Produce clear campaign reporting and performance updates, communicating key results, risks and recommended actions.
  • Work with Editorial in optimizing organic social content and creating stronger engaged prospects.
  • Stay current on platform developments, privacy and measurement changes, and emerging paid-media opportunities.
  • Help establish and maintain rigorous in-house campaign-management standards, documentation and quality assurance.

Skills and personal attributes
  • Highly analytical, detail-oriented and comfortable making decisions from performance data.
  • Strong hands-on operator who enjoys working directly in platforms and solving problems quickly.
  • Curious and proactive, with a continual-test-and-learn mindset.
  • Commercially minded, with a clear understanding of how media performance connects to revenue and customer value.
  • Well organised, able to manage multiple campaigns, priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communicator who can turn complex performance data into clear recommendations.
  • Collaborative and comfortable working cross-functionally with creative, product, data and marketing stakeholders.
  • Positive, accountable and motivated by ambitious growth targets.

Qualifications and experience
  • 3-5 years' experience in performance marketing, with significant hands-on responsibility for paid social and paid search.
  • Experience working at a leading media/performance agency or an established consumer brand.
  • Proven experience planning, launching and optimising customer-acquisition campaigns for a consumer subscription, e-commerce, app or other direct-to-consumer business.
  • Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, including campaign structure, bidding, targeting, optimisation and reporting.
  • Experience managing substantial media budgets and delivering against CPA, ROAS, revenue or subscription-growth targets.
  • Familiarity with web analytics, attribution and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics, Amplitude, Looker Studio, Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Experience in working with owned social channels and reporting tools, analyzing organic engagement signals.
  • Experience with additional platforms-including LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, Apple Search Ads, DV360, Outbrain or other DSPs-is desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
