Full Job Description
Role:

This is a growth-focused position ideal for someone early in their digital marketing career who is passionate about both performance media and emerging AI technology. You'll be embedded in our Technical Account Management team, learning the full lifecycle of paid digital campaigns while contributing to the AI-enhanced workflows that power Eulerity's evolving product suite.

You'll work alongside account managers, engineers, and product teams, gaining deep exposure to how a fast-moving SaaS company operates at the intersection of marketing and technology.

Responsibilities:
  • Support campaign optimization across different media channels, including but not limited to Meta, Tik Tok, Google Ads, and LinkedIn.
  • Troubleshoot campaigns, investigating where issues may be stemming from and how to rectify problems
  • Work cross-functionally with various teams, including Account Management and Engineering, for any technical initiatives/issues.
  • Actively explore and implement AI tools to streamline repetitive tasks and campaign processes
  • Document and share AI-assisted workflow improvements that can be scaled across the team
  • Follow and contribute to weekly and monthly campaign management workflows and reporting processes
  • Support the testing and rollout of new internal procedures and platform features
  • Provide insight and suggestions for feature development to add value to current processes and tasks.

Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of media buying experience executing and developing strategies for paid digital marketing campaigns.
  • Proven track record of success in driving strong positive results through paid advertising platforms.
  • Demonstrated interest in or experience with AI tools applied to marketing or operational workflows
  • Must have experience in bid management, campaign management/optimization, or digital media operations
  • Proven understanding of Google AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, and/or other marketing channels.
  • Experience with GA4 and data visualization tools preferred
  • Strong analytical mindset with comfort interpreting campaign data and performance metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Self-starter mentality with a collaborative, team-first attitude

Additional Requirements:
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States of America without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • In person / hybrid role - able and willing to come to the NYC office at least 3x / week.

Compensation:

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our company's size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes benefits, perks and other opportunities at Eulerity. The expected range for this role is $80,000 - $110,000, commensurate with experience and level.
