Job DescriptionThe Claims Performance Manager is responsible for understanding their respective disciplines claims performance and operational performance. The incumbent will work with key partners in the business, identify root causes and provide insights to claims business problems.
Accountabilities- Understanding discipline performance, in consideration of claims performance & operational performance
- Partner closely with Claims Intelligence on creating new reporting (e.g. providing requirements)
- Understand, and monitor key performance metrics, and identify insights (i.e. opportunities & strengths)
- Develop, update & communicate holistic discipline claims story for stakeholders internal and external to claims
- Work closely with key partners in finance, product, pricing and analytics to provide claims insights as inputs to business decisions
- Investigate, and identify root causes to claims business problems that arise
- Monitor workforce management plan for discipline
Skills Required- Strong working knowledge and experience in claims (each claim Area)
- Experience in Analyzing and Presenting Data
- Working experience in the use of MS tools, such as PowerPoint, Excel, MS Power BI, etc.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Education- 5+ years of relevant claim/data experience
- Post secondary education preferred
- Working towards CIP preferred

CompensationExpected compensation for this role ranges from $ 80,900.00 - 129,725.00 annually. Actual salary offered to successful candidates will vary based on their skills and experience.
