Behavioral Health Group (BHG) is seeking an analytically rigorous, operationally minded Manager of Performance Insights & Clinic Enablement to help translate enterprise performance insights into practical tools, routines, and actions that improve results across a multi-site behavioral healthcare platform.

This is not a traditional reporting, sales support, or CRM administration role.

This role serves as a key connector between analytic insights and field execution-monitoring performance, diagnosing opportunities, developing enablement resources, and partnering with operators to turn insights into sustained action.

The ideal candidate combines:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
  • Operational and commercial acumen
  • Field enablement and change-management skills
  • Process design and project management capability
  • Clear communication and facilitation skills
  • Ability to influence and drive cross-functional execution in a fast-paced, private-equity-backed environment

This manager will report into the Transformation Office and partner closely with Growth, Finance, Operations, Clinical Leadership, Marketing, Contact Center, and Treatment Center leadership teams to support measurable improvements in:

  • Patient inflows
  • Admissions
  • Conversion
  • Retention
  • Workforce productivity
  • Payer economics
  • Overall census growth

The role requires someone who can move beyond dashboards and reporting to equip leaders with clear priorities, practical tools, and repeatable operating routines that strengthen execution while maintaining a focus on clinical excellence.

Core Mandate

Manage and strengthen BHG's Performance Insights and Enablement capability focused on optimizing clinic performance.

The Manager of Performance Insights & Clinic Enablement will support the centralized management system by coordinating:

  • Continuous KPI monitoring
  • Performance diagnostics
  • Forecasting and variance analysis
  • Root cause diagnosing and analysis
  • Actionable operational insights
  • Clinic enablement tools and resources
  • Intervention tracking and follow-through

The objective is to help leaders and treatment centers use data more effectively by enabling BHG to:

  • Proactively identify performance gaps
  • Translate insights into clear actions
  • Equip field teams with practical tools and playbooks
  • Improve adoption of enterprise priorities
  • Reduce operational variability
  • Improve patient acquisition and retention
  • Increase census growth
  • Sustain clinically superior care

Key Responsibilities

Performance Insights & Clinic Enablement:

  • Manage and continuously improve core KPIs
  • Translate enterprise priorities, KPI definitions, and performance expectations into practical field tools, playbooks, and routines
  • Maintain scorecards and performance views across treatment centers, regions, channels, payer categories, and referral sources
  • Partner with leaders to diagnose performance gaps and develop focused action plans through onsite shadowing, interviewing and comprehensive root cause analysis
  • Coordinate clinic interventions, monitor progress, identify barriers, and escalate risks
  • Gather field feedback and use it to improve reporting, workflows, and execution
  • Build credibility with senior leaders and frontline teams, using data and collaboration to influence without authority

Core KPI Measurement, Monitoring & Performance Management

Monitor, analyze, and support management of BHG's core commercial metrics, including:

  • Patient inflows
  • Contact Center
  • Referral volumes
  • Referral performance
  • Marketing
  • Conversion funnel
  • Census growth and forecasting
  • Retention and discharge prevention
  • Workforce and staffing metrics
  • Payer collaboration and economics

Forecasting, Analytics & Insights:

  • Build and maintain forecasting and analytical tools in collaboration with the analytic team
  • Identify leading indicators and early-warning signals
  • Conduct root-cause analysis on performance gaps and operational variability
  • Translate complex data into clear priorities, actions, and recommendations for field and functional leaders
  • Develop value-creation models linking initiatives to measurable business outcomes
  • Create concise, audience-appropriate reporting and decision support

Enablement, Management Cadence & Governance:

  • Coordinate recurring operating rhythms and performance reviews
  • Prepare scorecards, insights, action trackers, and materials for governance forums
  • Create and deliver enablement resources, including playbooks, training sessions, office hours, and implementation guides
  • Reinforce standardized workflows, escalation thresholds, and accountability expectations
  • Support leaders in interpreting performance data and converting it into practical clinic-level actions

Cross-Functional Execution

  • Partner closely with Growth, Marketing, Contact Center, Operations, Clinical Leadership, Finance, HR, and Transformation teams
  • Work hand in hand with field leadership teams to drive adoption and adjustment at the market and clinic levels
  • Improve alignment between strategic initiatives and measurable operational outcomes
  • Simplify execution for treatment centers by centralizing analytics, prioritization, tools, and action planning
  • Facilitate working sessions that help teams understand opportunities, select interventions, and sustain follow-through

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • A strong collaborator who builds rapport and credibility to influence without authority
  • Highly analytical, with the ability to connect data to operational action
  • Skilled at enabling others through clear tools, training, facilitation, and follow-through
  • Operationally minded and commercially aware
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple workstreams
  • Hands-on, curious, adaptable, and deeply execution-oriented

This individual must be equally comfortable:
