Full Job Description
Are you experienced in driving complex initiatives from strategy through execution? Strategy & Transactions is seeking a manager to support internal business priorities by contributing to delivery across strategic, operational, and technology-enabled initiatives.

This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, program execution, and product delivery. The successful candidate will bring strong experience translating business priorities into actionable plans, working across stakeholders and technical teams, and helping deliver technology-enabled solutions that drive measurable results. This individual does not need to be a hands-on engineer, but should be comfortable partnering closely with product managers, developers, and other technical resources, and increasingly, leveraging AI tools to prototype concepts, sharpen requirements, and accelerate alignment before engineering resources are engaged.

Work You'll Do

As a Manager in Strategy & Transactions Innovation and Delivery Transformation, you will help Strategy & Transactions leaders drive execution across high-priority initiatives related to service innovation, service delivery transformation, and product innovation.

In this role, you will:
  • Support and lead delivery workstreams within critical internal Strategy & Transactions initiatives, helping align execution plans with strategic objectives and business outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of technology- and AI-enabled products and solutions that support business priorities and operational effectiveness.
  • Translate business needs into clear product requirements, delivery plans, roadmaps, and implementation priorities.
  • Use AI tools to develop lightweight proofs of concept, workflow mockups, or illustrative demos that help business stakeholders visualize solutions and sharpen requirements before engineering engagement.
  • Serve as a connector between business stakeholders and product, engineering, and development teams, bridging the gap between early-stage ideas and production-ready solutions.
  • Partner with leaders and enabling functions to track interdependencies, escalate issues, and maintain execution momentum.
  • Support governance, PMO, and program management activities including milestone tracking, risk and issue management, dependency management, and reporting.
  • Participate in and help facilitate governance forums, working sessions, and leadership meetings to drive alignment.
  • Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and contribute to more consistent ways of working across initiatives.
The Team

Strategy & Transactions helps drive enterprise priorities by bringing strategic insight together with disciplined execution. Within this environment, Innovation and Delivery Transformation focuses on enabling leaders and teams to deliver complex initiatives more effectively through strong governance, structured execution, and practical, business-focused solutions.

Qualifications

Required:
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in strategy execution, transformation, program management, product delivery, or a related field.
  • 2+ years' experience contributing to large, complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning through implementation.
  • 2+ experience supporting the development or delivery of technology-enabled products, platforms, or solutions that drive business results.
  • 2+ years' experience translating business priorities into product requirements, roadmaps, and actionable delivery plans.
  • 2+ years' experience working with product, engineering, and development teams across the full delivery lifecycle.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Preferred:
  • MBA or advanced degree in business, strategy, technology, or a related field.
  • Experience in professional services, private equity, corporate strategy, enterprise transformation, internal business operations, or product management.
  • Comfort using AI tools to prototype concepts, develop illustrative artifacts, or accelerate requirements definition; hands-on engineering or coding experience is not required.
  • Familiarity with Agile, hybrid delivery models, or product operating approaches.
  • Experience using generative AI tools in a delivery, strategy, or consulting context.
  • Experience supporting internal clients in a large, matrixed organization.
  • Exposure to PMO, governance, or delivery management practices.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to work across business and technical audiences.
  • Experience supporting governance activities, managing risks and dependencies, and driving execution in dynamic, matrixed environments.
  • Strong problem-solving, structuring, and analytical capabilities.
