What We Are Looking ForWe're hiring a Performance Creative Designer to own the creative output of our paid media engine. This isn't a brand design role - it's a performance role. You'll be responsible for producing the ads that drive new customer acquisition across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Google, Display, and CTV, and you'll be doing it with a sharp understanding of what works and why.
You'll work in close partnership with our paid media team, who will lead the data and brief side, while you bring the visual direction and production. Together you'll run a fast, iterative creative loop built on real performance signals. You'll also collaborate with our internal Brand and Creative teams to make sure everything that goes into market is on-brand and product-accurate.
This is a role for someone who has made performance ads and who understands the difference between creative that earns attention and creative that drives conversion.
What You Will Own And How You Will Make A Difference Own paid creative production end-to-end- Produce static, motion, and video ad formats across key paid marketing channels such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and CTV
- Manage creative from brief to final asset - fast, at volume, and without sacrificing quality
- Maintain brand voice, product accuracy, and visual consistency across every ad that goes out the door
Drive the creative strategy- Partner with our paid media team on daily creative briefs and the feedback loop
- Translate performance hypotheses into visual concepts using our creative framework
- Study channel metrics and best practices together to inform what we make next
- Maintain a competitive edge by monitoring and leveraging emerging trends
- Collaborate to identify creative fatigue, flag underperformers, and move quickly on replacements
Use AI to go faster without going shallow- Partner in the evaluation and selection of AI technologies, maintaining a discerning yet receptive outlook
- Use AI-assisted design tools to produce iteration and format variants at scale freeing time for the concept work that actually matters
- Stay current on emerging AI tools in the creative space and bring new capabilities to the team
Operate as a strategic creative partner- Collaborate with Paid, Brand, and Creative teams to ensure paid work reflects the ThirdLove visual identity
- Develop a deep understanding of our product - fit, fabric, innovation - so creative is always product-credible
- Contribute to seasonal creative strategy and shot list planning alongside the Sr. Video Lead
You Have- 3-5 years in a DTC or e-commerce paid creative environment - you've made performance ads, not just brand ads
- Strong static and motion design skills; video editing capability required
- Deep understanding of paid social formats, specs, and platform behavior across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest
- Experience with creative testing frameworks: hook testing, format optimization, fatigue identification
- Comfortable in a high-volume, test-and-learn environment - you ship a lot and you ship it clean
- An evaluative relationship with AI and automation tools - genuinely interested in their potential and willing to champion them, but equally willing to question the output
- Strong visual communication skills with an eye for what stops a scroll
- Familiarity with performance data - you don't need to run the analysis, but you need to read a creative report and know what to do with it
