Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
  • Experience working with digital organizations.
  • Experience identifying and recommending product and customer strategy.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Deep expertise with search and performance solutions.
  • Experience influencing and collaborating with external customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience developing customer relationships (client and agency) to support sales and product adoption.
  • Experience with performance channel measurement.
  • Experience with the Financial Services or Travel industries.
  • Ability to translate client business needs into search strategy and product adoption opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Drive impact for our largest customers by activating Google's suite of performance solutions (including AI Max, Performance Max, AI-powered bidding) and pitching demand-led budgets to unlock business outcomes. Will demand sales skills, influencing without authority, and collaboration.
  • Manage a book of business in partnership with front-line sales teams, internal technical teams, and other sales specialists.
  • Analyze customers business objectives and lead a holistic search strategy. Lead project workstreams, including campaign strategy development, monitoring, and performance optimization.
  • Test and scale new product launches, and engage with product stakeholders to provide feedback on product enhancements from the field, and influence the future product roadmap.
