ResponsibilitiesJob Description - Major Functions & Duties:This individual is responsible for delivering technical solutions in a timely fashion meeting business requirement and following development standards. This includes: technical analysis, technical documentation, design, development, testing, debugging of the FSCM
PeopleSoft application.
- Analyze functional specifications, provide technical specification, develop and deliver a new and/or retrofitted solution from PS FSCM 9.1 to 9.2.
- Work with functional users as needed to clarify requirements and translate processes from detailed functional requirements to technical design specifications.
- Design, code, and unit test complex projects.
- Support Functional team in test issue resolutions (code fixes and revisions)
- Develop integrations between PeopleSoft FSCM and other applications.
QualificationsExperience (must have):The person filling this role will be primarily responsible for FSCM-related development projects and should have a minimum of 5 years' experience of PeopleSoft:
- Experience working with PeopleSoft FSCM data and data models.
- PeopleTools experience, current experience with version 8.56 preferable.
- PeopleCode, Integration Broker, SQL, SQR, COBOL and Application Engine experience.
- Component Interface, Application Messaging, Query, BI, and Application Package experience.
- Previous PS 9.2 upgrade experience.
- Strong knowledge of and adherence to development standards (including documentation, testing, migration procedures) and implementing best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with functional teams and end-users.
- Strong conceptual and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop initiatives, as well as recommend solutions to improve efficiency.
- Demonstrate solid leadership qualities and take ownership of all development related issues.
- Ability to work independently and drive deliverables to completion
- Demonstrated ability to respond quickly to shifting priorities.
- Capacity to work well independently, as well as in a team, with the ability to collaborate with other team members and foster a team environment.
Preferred (optional):Software / Modules / Versions:Consultant must be able to travel to be onsite with client M-TH.
This is a full time salaried position as a Highstreet IT consultant. Start will be November.
