Job Summary

We are seeking a PeopleSoft Reporting Specialist with expertise in PeopleSoft 9.2, Power BI, and Excel automation to support reporting, analytics, and process improvement initiatives. This role will be responsible for extracting and analyzing data, developing business reports and dashboards, automating reporting processes, and delivering actionable insights to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, experience with business intelligence tools, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize PeopleSoft 9.2 to extract, analyze, and interpret data to support business and operational reporting needs.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance reports for business users, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and usability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver meaningful business insights.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data extraction, reporting, and reporting system functionality within PeopleSoft.
  • Design and develop interactive dashboards, visualizations, and reports using Power BI.
