Marathon TS is seeking a PeopleSoft Developer who will be responsible for creating, modifying, and maintaining application engine programs, components, and interfaces with the PeopleSoft software suite. This software is used to perform everyday business operations such as HR, Financials, and Customer Relationship Data. Work with Structured Query Language (SQL) to extract data from the PeopleSoft database into usable reports. Work with the Business Intelligence (BI) and Integration Broker components of the software.

General Responsibilities:
• Responsible for creating, modifying, and maintaining application engine programs, components, and interfaces within the PeopleSoft software suite.
• This software is used to perform everyday business operations such as HR, Financials, and Customer Relationship Data.
• Work with Structured Query Language (SQL) to extract data from the PeopleSoft database into usable reports.
• Work with the Business Intelligence (BI) and Integration Broker components of the software and PeopleTools.

Experience and Expertise:
• t least 3 years of experience as a PeopleSoft Human Capital Management Developer working with PeopleSoft Human Capital Management Application in a classified environment.
• Experience using PeopleToolsn in conjunction with PeopleSoft Modules: PeopleSoft HRMS (9.x, Payroll, Time and Labor. Development Tools: Process Scheduler, Application Engine, Batch Processing, Data Mover).
• Programming languages: PeopleCode, COBOL 11, ASP, JavaScript, SQR, HTML.
• Experience working in an iterative or Agile context.

Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree in information technology, software engineering, computer science, or related field. Or 2 additional years of experience without a bachelor's degree in information technology.
