Description

The ideal candidate will administer, enhance, and sustain PeopleSoft CRM capabilities supporting ticket intake, case management, and issue resolution within a broader PeopleSoft HCM environment. This is a hands-on technical role focused on development, configuration, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement in a secure, on-premises federal environment. As part of the SFI team, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving a mission-critical system supporting federal operations.

Location: On-site in Arlington, VA

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer, configure, and enhance PeopleSoft CRM functionality supporting ticket intake, case management, routing, escalation, and resolution tracking
  • Analyze business requirements and implement CRM enhancements using PeopleTools technologies (PeopleCode, Application Designer, Application Engine, Component Interface, Integration Broker, SQL)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, defects, data problems, and workflow failures; perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions
  • Design, develop, test, and migrate CRM customizations, including components, pages, records, queries, notifications, and batch processes across environments
  • Support integrations between PeopleSoft CRM, PeopleSoft HCM, and other enterprise systems, including interface monitoring and issue resolution
  • Maintain and improve workflows, assignment rules, queues, statuses, templates, notifications, and security roles
  • Develop scripts, utilities, and automation to improve system reliability and reduce manual effort
  • Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and defect validation to support high-quality releases
  • Support patching, upgrades, change management, and release deployments in alignment with secure SDLC practices
  • Monitor system performance, logs, batch jobs, and data quality; recommend improvements and preventive measures
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including functional analysts, testers, DBAs, system administrators, and security teams
  • Support audit readiness, access controls, and compliance requirements in a secure federal environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered in place of a degree
  • 3+ years of PeopleSoft development or application support experience, including hands-on experience with PeopleSoft CRM or similar enterprise case/ticket management systems
  • Strong experience with PeopleTools development, including PeopleCode, Application Designer, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, Integration Broker, PS Query, and SQL
  • Experience configuring and supporting CRM workflows, notifications, security, batch processes, interfaces, and user-facing components in an on-premises Oracle environment
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver maintainable, well-documented solutions
  • Familiarity with code migration, version control, structured testing, and release management practices
  • Working knowledge of UNIX, Linux, or Solaris environments and the ability to collaborate with infrastructure, database, and support teams
  • U.S. Citizenship required with an active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one
  • Experience supporting federal or DoD environments strongly preferred
Desired Skills
  • Familiarity with PeopleSoft CRM modules supporting help desk/service operations, including ticket intake, case management, routing, worklists, and notifications
  • Experience integrating PeopleSoft CRM with HCM, identity and access management, email systems, reporting tools, or other enterprise platforms
  • Knowledge of Oracle database concepts, SQL troubleshooting, data validation, and batch/background processing in PeopleSoft environments
  • Experience supporting secure, on-premises federal or DoD programs with strong operational and documentation standards
  • Understanding of IT service management practices, including incident, problem, change, and release management
  • Familiarity with PeopleTools upgrades, PUM images, regression testing, and cross-team coordination across development, testing, and infrastructure

  • Clearance: Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active Secret security clearance or the ability to obtain one.
