Full Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented People & Talent Operations Specialist to support our growing team. This person will be the operational backbone of our People function-owning coordination, offers, immigration processes, and onboarding to ensure a seamless experience for candidates and employees. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is proactive, and takes pride in running tight, efficient processes. You will work closely with Recruiting, Legal, Finance, and hiring managers to keep everything moving smoothly. What You'll Do - Coordinate interviews across multiple teams, ensuring a smooth and high-quality candidate experience - Manage offer processes end-to-end, including drafting, approvals, and communication with candidates - Support immigration processes in partnership with external counsel and internal stakeholders - Own and continuously improve onboarding processes to ensure new hires are set up for success from day one - Maintain accurate records across HR systems and ensure data integrity - Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to keep hiring processes on track - Assist with People operations processes, documentation, and compliance needs - Act as a point of contact for candidates and new hires, providing timely and clear communication What We're Looking For - 3-5 years of experience in HR and People Operations roles, with strong exposure to coordination and operational execution in a fast-paced environment - Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines with accuracy and speed - Strong communication skills and a high level of professionalism - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment - Highly collaborative and team-oriented - Strong sense of ownership and accountability - Experience supporting immigration processes (e.g., H-1B, transfers, etc.) Nice to Have - Experience in early-stage or high-growth startups - Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems Generous compensation: We offer highly competitive salaries, equity options, and a supportive work environment.
