Full Job Description
Why This Role?

We're hiring a People Project Manager to join our HR PMO and help deliver an ambitious portfolio of HR programs, products, and initiatives as we scale globally.

This is not a business-as-usual project management role. We're a hypergrowth company building at speed, and our HR team is building alongside it. We're looking for someone who gets genuine energy from bringing order to chaos, creating structure where there isn't any yet, and getting important things shipped.
  • Hypergrowth, for real. Things move fast, priorities evolve, and there's always something meaningful to jump into. If you love pace, variety, and figuring things out as you go, you'll have a huge canvas here.
  • A chance to build. Our HR PMO is taking shape within a hugely ambitious HR team. You'll help create the workflows, rhythms, and tools we need to build a world-class function at scale.
  • Real ownership. Take projects from idea to delivery - creating structure, driving actions, managing dependencies, and keeping teams moving.
  • Global from day one. Work across our distributed HR team and with stakeholders around the world.
You'll thrive if you:
  • Create order from chaos: Turn fast-moving, ambiguous problems into clear plans and outcomes
  • Are relentlessly organized: Stay ahead of details, dependencies, decisions, and follow-ups
  • Love pace: Move quickly, adapt as things change, and keep momentum high
  • Build great workflows: Find simpler, smarter, more scalable ways to get things done
  • Collaborate brilliantly: Bring stakeholders together and create clarity across teams
  • Think and do: Build the plan, then roll up your sleeves to get it over the line
You'll help drive:
  • HR projects: Manage programs and initiatives across our global HR roadmap
  • Planning & delivery: Build plans, milestones, workstreams, and clear ownership
  • Cross-functional execution: Coordinate across HR, Finance, Legal, IT, and other teams
  • Project governance: Drive decisions, manage risks and dependencies, and keep stakeholders aligned
  • Better ways of working: Build repeatable workflows and tools that help HR execute at scale
We're looking for someone who:
  • 3+ years of experience: Project or program management in a fast-moving, high-growth organization
  • Is an excellent project manager: Can independently drive complex, multi-stakeholder projects from start to finish
  • Is hyper-organized: Exceptional attention to detail and strong systems for managing work
  • Builds, not just operates: Gets excited by creating something new rather than maintaining business as usual
  • Manages stakeholders well: Creates alignment and accountability without relying on authority
  • Communicates exceptionally: Produces crisp plans, updates, and documentation
  • Is pro-team: Collaborative, low-ego, and invested in making the whole team better
