You will lead defined initiatives end-to-end - from diagnosing needs and designing program solutions to driving adoption and measuring effectiveness.

This is a program ownership role. Success is defined by how well programs are adopted, how effectively they operate, and the impact they have on teams and the business.

What You'll Do

  • Design and evolve program-level learning and change solutions aligned to business goals
  • Adapt and extend existing frameworks, tools, and programs to meet evolving needs

Adoption & Effectiveness
  • Drive adoption of programs across managers and teams
  • Identify friction points and continuously improve program usability and impact
  • Ensure programs are practical, scalable, and embedded in day-to-day operations

Measurement & Insights
  • Define success metrics and track program effectiveness (adoption, engagement, outcomes)
  • Translate insights into actionable improvements
  • Share recommendations with People and business leaders

Partnership & Enablement
  • Partner with People Business Partners, People Ops, and Talent teams
  • Support initiatives related to recognition, performance, and internal mobility
  • Facilitate workshops, retrospectives, and change sessions as needed

What Good Looks Like
  • Programs run smoothly and consistently without constant intervention
  • Managers understand and use what's been built
  • Employee experience is more structured and less reactive
  • Data and feedback drive meaningful program improvements
  • Clear ownership and accountability for people programs

You'll operate within a modern ecosystem, including:
