  • Design, standardize, and continuously improve global operational processes across the employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding.
  • Ensure disciplined termination operations, overseeing manager enablement, last-day logistics, exit documentation, and local regulatory requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement of people operational processes using structured project and process management methodologies (e.g., Lean/Six Sigma) and maintain documentation standards to ensure lifecycle processes meet policy, regulatory, and data integrity requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, system optimization, and AI-enabled capabilities to improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability; partner with internal teams to implement workflow enhancements, integrations, and reporting solutions.
  • Standardize documentation, training materials, and change adoption plans to ensure sustainable process execution; create process documents, training materials, and work instructions for People Operations teams and People Leaders.
  • Implement and monitor operational metrics, dashboards, and performance indicators to measure data quality, compliance effectiveness, service delivery, and process efficiency; use insights (ticket volume, recurring issues, employee feedback) to prioritize improvements.
  • Maintain clear documentation standards and audit-ready processes; proactively identify and implement process improvements that strengthen reliability and reduce risk.

Policy Operationalization & Compliance
  • Operationalize people policies through process workflows, approvals, and controls; partner closely with People Experience, Legal, Business People Partners, and regional stakeholders to ensure compliant execution.
  • Draft and revise HR policies as requested, ensuring clarity, alignment with organizational values, and consistency across global contexts; translate updates into accessible systems, guidance, and training.
  • Support communication and change-management efforts related to policy and organizational processes.

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including partnering effectively with senior HR leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to thrive amid ambiguity and competing priorities, delivering results on multiple complex projects with minimal supervision.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with the ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
  • Passion for operational excellence, optimizing processes, creating comprehensive documentation, and driving efficiency.
