Full Job Description
Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience as a Human Resource (HR) Business Partner or HR Generalist providing consultations to the business on topics such as performance management, workplace concerns, etc.
  • 2 years of experience performing data analysis and thematic reporting to identify organizational issues.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience with cross-functional collaboration and influence.
  • Experience coaching and mentoring others.
  • Experience in HR, people programs, or other people related roles.
  • Excellent teamwork and organizational skills.
  • Excellent investigative and problem solving skills, with the ability to organize and analyze data using Human Resources Information System (HRIS) systems for reporting.


Responsibilities
  • Provide dynamic and responsive coaching and advice for Leaders and Managers on performance management, development, and policy exceptions.
  • Partner with People and Culture (P and C) Partners to deliver unit-specific organizational efforts including reorganizations and large-scale performance management initiatives.
  • Manage employee lifecycle processes, including exits and flexible working arrangements.
  • Identify and drive process improvement initiatives to streamline query management and resolve recurring issues through root-cause analysis.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify employee experience themes and insights that inform decision-making and support high performance.


Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $117,000 - $167,000 (USD) 15% bonus target equity benefits
