Full Job Description
The Role - People Analyst

The People Analyst supports People leaders and the Analytics team by producing reliable, timely people reporting, maintaining HR data integrity, and supporting routine analytics and compensation activities.

Key Responsibilities
• Review and analyze people-related data from HRIS (Workday), performance systems, surveys, and market data.
• Prepare monthly staffing, retention, and performance reports.
• Support Visier analytics platform and maintain dashboards.
• Perform data validation and reconciliation across systems.
• Support annual performance, promotions, DE&I, and compensation processes.
• Assist with regulatory reporting (EEO, UK Gender Pay Gap).
• Support market compensation benchmarking and survey submissions.
• Prepare stakeholder-ready slides and visualizations.
• Respond to ad-hoc reporting and conduct basic analyses.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and follow data governance standards.

Candidate Profile
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• 1-2 years' experience in HR analytics or related reporting role.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, lookups).
• Familiarity with Workday, Visier, or HRIS tools.
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with SQL, VBA, Python, R, or Tableau is a plus.
