About the role:

The HR Systems Analyst supports the configuration, administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of human resources information systems (HRIS). This role analyzes business requirements, improves HR processes, manages system data integrity, supports vendor integrations, and reporting. The individual will support project implementations and assist users with system access.

What you'll achieve:

As the HR Systems Analyst you will:

  • Support HR modules including, but not limited to, core HR, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, compensation, learning, time and attendance, payroll, and benefits. Monitor data quality, investigate discrepancies, and maintain data integrity across HR systems. Support integrations between the HRIS and payroll, finance, benefits, identity management, recruiting, and other downstream business applications.
  • Administer and maintain HRIS platforms, including employee records, organizational structures, workflows, security roles, and system configurations.
  • For projects and/or exploring technical solutions; define use cases for function and feasibility, collect business requirements, create and manage test plans to deliver the best possible outcome for the business.
  • Coordinate and educate across the internal organizations, including compensation, benefits, finance, training and development, People Partners and IT for a comprehensive approach to employee data, solutions, and information. Manage and inform stakeholders in cross-functional groups including IT, Finance, Accounting, and Legal for ongoing projects in shared systems and applications.
  • Define and Document business processes. Recognize and recommend process improvements for greater data consistency.
  • Support audits, system implementations, upgrades, and change-management activities. Optimize the HR capital ecosystem to deliver accurate data, flawless integrations and deliver intuitive user experience.

About you:

  • Demonstrate knowledge in system configuration, data flow management, and optimizing systems to enhance overall business performance.
  • Exhibit a strong passion for human capital management systems, ensuring data accuracy, security, and seamless integration with internal and external applications.
  • Communicate technical information clearly and provide well-informed recommendations on system issues to HR and partner organizations, maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
  • Collaborate energetically and effectively with cross-functional teams, including People & Culture, IT, Finance, and various business units.
  • Adapt with curiosity and flexibility to thrive in an agile, fast-paced work environment.
  • Possess 2+ years of experience supporting HRIS, enterprise applications, business systems, and HR operations.
  • Have 2+ years of hands-on experience with HR systems such as Workday, ADP, Oracle HCM, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills complemented by technical documentation, problem-solving abilities, and presentation proficiency.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Hold a bachelor's degree in information systems, human resources, or a related field.
