Full Job Description
Summary

Cherry is looking to hire a People Partner to help drive performance and culture as we continue to grow. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all People-related needs for specific business units, while supporting a wide range of company-wide People initiatives.

What You Will Do
  • Conduct skip-level meetings, new-hire check-ins, and exit interviews; synthesize insights and drive follow-up actions
  • Partner with functional leaders on performance management, promotion recommendations, and compensation reviews
  • Proactively identify and resolve employee issues, providing guidance on documentation and best practices
  • Interpret and implement People policies, benefits programs and development of new offerings
  • Plan and execute on rewards trip & swag, company retreat and/or regional meet-ups
  • Run reporting & analytics, background checks and project manage
  • Contribute to the People function by continuously improving processes, programs, and service quality


*Note: This is a fully remote position with occasional travel for team offsites and company retreat.

Who You Are
  • Experience with supporting distributed teams specifically revenue/sales department
  • World-class operator with 2-5 years of experience serving in HR Business Partner and HR Generalist roles
  • Analytically Driven - comfortable working with data sets that drive insights and future action plans
  • Compliance Focused - well versed in State and Federal employment law
  • Intellectually Curious - proven aptitude to learn new skills/systems quickly
  • Astute Project Manager - has a deep understanding of managing multifaceted projects with numerous stakeholders and delivering results on a timeline
  • Sees the Forest and Trees - strong data visualization skills and the ability to communicate findings/recommendation to a wide audience
  • Nice to Haves - experience with a modern HR tech stack (Rippling, Gsuite, Slack, etc.)
