Summary
Cherry is looking to hire a People Partner to help drive performance and culture as we continue to grow. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all People-related needs for specific business units, while supporting a wide range of company-wide People initiatives.
What You Will Do
- Conduct skip-level meetings, new-hire check-ins, and exit interviews; synthesize insights and drive follow-up actions
- Partner with functional leaders on performance management, promotion recommendations, and compensation reviews
- Proactively identify and resolve employee issues, providing guidance on documentation and best practices
- Interpret and implement People policies, benefits programs and development of new offerings
- Plan and execute on rewards trip & swag, company retreat and/or regional meet-ups
- Run reporting & analytics, background checks and project manage
- Contribute to the People function by continuously improving processes, programs, and service quality
*Note: This is a fully remote position with occasional travel for team offsites and company retreat.
Who You Are
- Experience with supporting distributed teams specifically revenue/sales department
- World-class operator with 2-5 years of experience serving in HR Business Partner and HR Generalist roles
- Analytically Driven - comfortable working with data sets that drive insights and future action plans
- Compliance Focused - well versed in State and Federal employment law
- Intellectually Curious - proven aptitude to learn new skills/systems quickly
- Astute Project Manager - has a deep understanding of managing multifaceted projects with numerous stakeholders and delivering results on a timeline
- Sees the Forest and Trees - strong data visualization skills and the ability to communicate findings/recommendation to a wide audience
- Nice to Haves - experience with a modern HR tech stack (Rippling, Gsuite, Slack, etc.)
