Our Commodities and Global Markets People and Culture team in Houston partners closely with the business to bring our people strategy to life. You will help shape culture, build strong teams, and support long-term commercial success.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will partner with senior leaders and their teams across defined areas of Commodities and Global Markets. You will provide end-to-end People and Culture support across the annual cycle, including year-end processes, reward reviews, talent planning, and employee feedback. You will work closely with global People and Culture leads to align local priorities with divisional strategy. You will build trusted relationships across the business and central People and Culture teams to deliver activities across the full employee lifecycle. You will also use people data and insights to guide decisions and improve outcomes.

  • 3-8 years' of experience in a People and Culture partner or senior advisor role
  • Strong knowledge of core People and Culture practices, including performance management, talent management, and employee relations
  • Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders, communicate clearly, and influence across competing priorities
  • Experience working in a global, matrixed organization
  • Understanding of US employment law, with experience in financial services or regulated environments preferred
