As the People Analytics Manager, you will empower Gong's Leadership Team and broader People function to make confident, data-driven business decisions. You will bring analytical rigor, product thinking, and storytelling craft to transform complex workforce data into clear narratives and actionable strategies. You will also help shape how the team responsibly adopts AI and machine learning to scale analytical capabilities, automate workflows, and unlock deeper workforce insights, all in service of helping #CreateRavingFans of Gong employees. This role will report to the Director of People Analytics. The annual salary hiring range for this position is $115,000 - $175,000 USD. Compensation is based on factors unique to each candidate, including, but not limited to, job-related skills, qualification, education, experience, and location. At Gong, we have a location-based compensation structure, which means there may be a different range for candidates in other locations. The total compensation package for this position, in addition to base compensation, may include incentive compensation, bonus, equity, and benefits.
