Full Job Description
We are looking for a People Analyst who wants to help modernize how our HR Operations function works, not just maintain what exists today, but actively shape how it evolves. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of HR operations, systems, and emerging technology.

Our HR Operations team supports a growing organization with increasingly complex people processes, systems, and compliance requirements. You will help drive process optimization, automation, AI adoption, systems enhancements, and operational excellence across the People function, translating operational challenges into sustainable, technology-enabled solutions.

You will partner closely with HR, People Technology, and business stakeholders to identify what is not working, design what should, and see improvements through implementation. The result is a more efficient HR Operations function, stronger data and compliance foundations, and a better experience for employees and the teams that support them.

If you are a high-performing HR Operations professional who wants visible influence over how a People function operates and the opportunity to help build the next generation of HR Operations capabilities, this role offers meaningful scope, cross-functional partnership, and room to grow.

What you'll do

As a People Analyst, your key responsibilities include:
  • Drive continuous improvement across HR Operations by analyzing current-state workflows, identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and recommending scalable solutions that improve operational effectiveness and employee experience
  • Partner with HR, People Technology, and business stakeholders to implement process improvements, system enhancements, and automation initiatives
  • Evaluate and support the implementation, testing, and adoption of AI and automation solutions within HR Operations to streamline processes, improve data quality, and reduce manual effort
  • Maintain and continuously improve process documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge resources to ensure consistency and operational excellence
  • Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of employee data through regular audits, data governance practices, and regulatory reporting requirements, including EEOC, ACA/1095-C, and other applicable obligations
  • Serve as a key resource for HR systems and integrations, partnering with People Technology to support enhancements, testing, troubleshooting, and sustainable issue resolution
  • Partner effectively across a multi-site organization, collaborating with regional and global teams to align processes, systems, and improvement initiatives
  • Provide occasional support for key operational activities during peak periods or when additional team coverage is needed

What you'll get

You'll join a culture of collaboration and excellence, surrounded by curious thinkers and creative problem-solvers. Motivated by a passion for continuous improvement, you'll thrive in a supportive, high-performing environment alongside talented colleagues, collectively tackling some of the toughest challenges in the financial markets.

In addition, you'll receive:
  • The opportunity to work alongside best-in-class professionals from over 40 different countries
  • Highly competitive compensation package including performance-based bonus structure
  • 401(k) match up to 50%
  • Comprehensive health, mental, dental, vision, disability, and life coverage
  • 25 paid vacation days alongside market holidays
  • Extensive office perks, including breakfast, lunch and snacks, regular social events, clubs, sporting leagues and more

Who you are
  • 4+ years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS, people systems, or a related operational analytics role
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
  • A track record of driving measurable process improvements through workflow redesign, automation, or system enhancements
  • Experience implementing AI, automation, or emerging technology solutions in an HR or operations context preferred
  • Strong technical aptitude with HR systems, integrations, and data flows
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to connect systems, process, and business outcomes, and translate operational challenges into clear recommendations, documentation, and actionable solutions
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; we will not sponsor individuals for employment authorization for this job opening
