Compensation

$78,000-$98,000 annually (depending on experience)
Plus:
  • $7,500 Sign-On Bonus

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is seeking a Pelvic Health Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient team in Lake City, FL. This is a unique opportunity to help expand our pelvic health services while also treating a diverse orthopedic, balance, vestibular, and neurological caseload.

  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practice
  • Treat orthopedic and balance patients as part of a well-rounded outpatient caseload
  • Educate patients to improve function, mobility, and long-term outcomes
  • Collaborate with physicians and referral sources
  • Maintain accurate documentation using AI-assisted technology
