FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is growing and looking for a
Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our North Naples clinic. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced PT or a new graduate who wants mentorship, career growth, and the ability to provide individualized patient care.
Compensation & IncentivesSalary: $80,000-$98,000 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based outpatient physical therapy
- Perform manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, gait and balance training
- Educate patients on recovery and injury prevention
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare providers
- Complete timely documentation using AI-assisted technology
Qualifications- Active Florida Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain)
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Excellent communication and clinical skills
- Passion for patient-centered care
