In the assigned Job Role of Package Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:• Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely project completion
• Facilitate effective coordination between technical teams and client stakeholders by organizing regular meetings, sprints, and project phases to align expectations and objectives
• Support technical teams in executing development, integration, and customization stages of enterprise application packages, ensuring adherence to project requirements
• Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations

Required Skill and Experience• Experience in software development, enhancement, and production support
• Experience in PEGA application development and delivery
• PEGA PRPC application design, case management, workflows, data transforms, activities, agents, report definitions, integrations, and deployment practices
• Experience leading development teams and delivering user stories within Agile/Scrum or SAFe delivery models
• Experience with PEGA UI modernization and portal development using UI Kit, Theme Cosmos, Constellation, HTML, JavaScript, and custom CSS
• Experience with enterprise integrations including REST, SOAP, JMS, Kafka, SQL services, BIX, and external APIs
• Experience performing code reviews and ensuring adherence to PEGA guardrails and enterprise standards
• Experience with automated testing, unit testing, SIT, UAT support, regression testing, and release validation
• Analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across distributed teams and multiple delivery workstreams
PEGA Platform & Frameworks
• PEGA 7.x and 8.x application development experience
• Experience building applications from scratch and modernizing existing PEGA applications
• Knowledge of PEGA Sales Automation, Customer Service, Customer Decision Hub, PEGA Robotics, and App Factory/App Studio capabilities
• Experience with PEGA Cloud offerings, upgrade planning, and platform modernization initiatives
Tools & Technology
• Programming and platform exposure: PEGA, Java, COBOL
• Databases: Oracle, DB2, SQL Server
• Integration and testing tools: SOAP UI, Insomnia, Postman
• IDEs and database tools: SQL Developer, Toad, Visual Studio Code
• Project and collaboration tools: Jira, Rally, Microsoft Office Suite
• Application server exposure: WebSphere
Domain & Methodology
• Experience in Financial Services, Healthcare, Banking, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Provider Management, Claims, or workflow-driven enterprise domains
• Experience supporting end-to-end lifecycle activities including analysis, design, build, testing, deployment, production support, and continuous improvement
Preferred Certifications
• PEGA Certified System Architect (CSA)
• PEGA Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA)
• SAFe Practitioner or equivalent Agile certification
Preferred Skill and Experience Ability to work in global model
Additional Required Qualifications• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
