Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced PEGA Business Architect to lead business analysis activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable PEGA solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in business process analysis, Agile methodologies, stakeholder management, and PEGA application delivery. This role serves as the bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring business requirements are translated into high-quality PEGA solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Translate business requirements into user stories, process flows, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Lead System Architects, and development teams to define business and technical solutions.
• Analyze business processes and recommend technology solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
• Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Manage software functional requirements throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Create and maintain business documentation, functional designs, test cases, training materials, and release documentation.
• Define solution acceptance criteria and support software testing and validation efforts.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate enterprise software configuration, deployment, and release activities.
• Develop training materials and conduct end-user training sessions.
• Lead workshops focused on business processes, software solutions, and product adoption.
• Create wireframes and solution design artifacts to support business requirements.
• Mentor Business Analysts and provide guidance on best practices.
• Support customer success initiatives and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Promote Agile methodologies and continuous process improvement.

Required Qualifications
• PEGA Business Architect Certification with a minimum of 3 years of post-certification experience.
• 9+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 7+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• 7+ years of experience as a PEGA Business Architect.
• 7+ years of experience managing software functional requirements throughout the SDLC.
• 7+ years of Agile software development experience.
• 7+ years of experience developing use cases, user stories, and functional documentation.
• 7+ years of experience documenting functional designs, test cases, and training materials.
• 7+ years of experience leading software testing and validation efforts.
• 7+ years of experience deploying and configuring enterprise software solutions.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of business process modeling, workflow analysis, and change management.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to lead workshops and collaborate with technical and business teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
