Graduation from an accredited Medical School and Residency Program required.
2-4 years of internal medicine experience preferred.
Current, valid license to practice medicine in Wyoming in good standing with the Board of Medicine.
Current, valid Controlled Substance Registration in Wyoming in good standing with the Board of Pharmacy.
Current, valid DEA Registration in good standing with the DEA.
Responsibilities

E S S E N T I A L F U N C T I O N S
Examines adult patients to ensure proper injury care and disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and recovery.
Conducts and supervises direct patient care in the clinic setting, and plans and executes disease prevention and health promotion programs.
Prescribes or administers medication, therapy, and other specialized medical care to treat or prevent illness, disease, or injury.
Requests necessary tests and follow-up visits, and refers patients to specialists, as necessary.
Monitor patients' conditions and progress and reevaluate treatments as necessary.
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Advise patients and community members concerning diet, activity, hygiene, and disease prevention.
