Developing and supporting territory sales goals in each hospital and office service area for Similac andA0PediaSure.A0
Hospital negotiations and contracting.A0
Comprehensive knowledge of all products, clinical studies,A0protocolsA0andA0guidelinesA0as well as the ability to deliverA0the informationA0in a selling environment.A0
New product launches.A0
An understanding of the hierarchy of hospital departments such as NICU, Pediatrics, Pharmacies,A0Purchasing, PICU, Nurseries and Nursing units. The ability to work effectively with Dietitians,A0PhysiciansA0and Nurses.A0
Effective administrative skills.A0
Budget management.A0
Ability to function independently with a high degree of initiative, independence, and autonomy.A0
