Full Job Description
The Pediatric PT Clinical Leader is responsible for performing assigned duties in accordance with NRHN policies, procedures, and standards of care while supporting the organization's mission, values, and commitment to quality outcomes.

Essential Responsibilities

The Clinical Leader's primary responsibility is clinical supervision of new graduate pediatric PT's, as well as collaboration with outpatient PTs, other pediatric clinical team leaders, and the Senior Director of Outpatient Therapy Services to promote quality care and treatment according to clinical best practices. The Clinical Leader acts as a liaison between the Manager and Senior Director of Outpatient Therapy Services. Clinical Leaders assist their supervisor with quality assurance monitoring, performance improvement, program development and implementation and fiscal management of the department. Clinical Leaders also performs the job duties as outlined in PT/OT/ST job description.

Qualifications
  • Meets qualifications of Physical Therapist.
  • Three years of experience in clinical field.
  • Demonstrates supervisory/leadership skills.
  • Trained and certified biennially in BLS Healthcare Provider Level CPR.
  • PT licensed in state of practice with secondary license obtained within 90 days.
