Full Job Description
The Infectious Disease Pharmacist leads our system Antimicrobial Stewardship Program (ASP). The pharmacist will collaborate with and support the physician ASP lead to promote judicious use of antimicrobials and compliance with regulatory standards in this area of expertise. Primary Location: Downtown - Heart Hospital
