We're a modern pediatric practice offering
primary care + same-day care, with hours that actually work for families.
What You'll Do:- Well child visits and preventative care
- Same-day sick visits and minor injuries
- Mix of scheduled and walk-in patients
- Collaborate with physicians as needed
Why This Role Is Different:- No patient panel
- No inbox or after-hours work
- Flexible, shift-based scheduling
- 2 MAs per shift (you focus on care)
- On-site x-ray, labs, and procedures
Schedule Options:- Mornings: 8am-4pm
- Evenings: 4pm-10pm
- Weekends available
- Flexible or consistent shifts
Compensation:- $70-$75/hour (daytime)
- $80-$85/hour (evenings/weekends)
- Bonus opportunities as volume grows
