Pediatric Hospitalist Practice Medical Director Position Highlights:- Leadership Role: Provide clinical leadership and oversight for the pediatric hospitalist program
- Clinical Engagement: Maintain active inpatient pediatric practice, including daytime rounding
- On-Call Coverage: Out-of-house call with a 30-minute response time
Key Responsibilities of Pediatric Hospitalist Leader:- Medical direction and oversight of pediatric inpatient services
- Collaboration with hospital administration and multidisciplinary teams
- Oversight of quality initiatives, clinical protocols, and best practices
- Attendance at deliveries as requested
- Performance of newborn circumcisions
- Coordination of stabilization and transport when needed
- Support of physician scheduling, mentoring, and program development

Qualifications- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pediatrics
