ROLE OVERVIEW What a CI Clinic Director does Our Clinic Directors oversee all aspects of clinic operations, manage clinical and non-clinical staff, and support clinicians in providing individualized treatment and plans of care. You'll play a pivotal role in promoting efficient service utilization, program development, digital marketing collaboration, and fostering relationships with medical professionals and community stakeholders.

What you'll lead - Deliver care within your licensed discipline and set the clinical standard for the clinic.
- Help choose the market, location, service mix, and patient experience.
- Recruit, develop, and lead the clinic team.
- Build relationships with referral partners and the community.
- Use business and clinical information to guide responsible growth.
- Partner with Ivy Health teams across real estate, operations, recruiting, marketing, finance, revenue cycle, IT, HR, Legal, Compliance, and payer contracting.

LOCATION We go where you are. We are open to exploring locations throughout the Fon du Lac region of Wisconsin that work for you and your local community.
We want our partners to be an integral part of determining where their clinic will be. REQUIREMENTS What we're looking for - Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy program
- Current or pending state licensure as a PT, OT, or SLP in Wisconsin (treating component required)
- Highly Preferred: - Previous pediatric therapy experience
- Entrepreneurial mindset and genuine passion for building something new
- Strong communication and community relationship-building skills
- Commitment to CI's values: compassion, collaboration, innovation, creativity
- Leadership experience preferred
- Deep love for kids, families, and play-based, strengths-first therapy
