Position Summary:
As a Clinic Director and Investing Partner at Ivy, you'll oversee all clinic operations, support clinical and non-clinical team members, and care for patients through individualized treatment plans, while building equity in your clinic and providing exceptional patient care to your community. You'll play a central role in building trust with local medical professionals, guiding community outreach, and helping your clinic run smoothly. You'll open and grow a brand-new practice with Ivy’s established business systems, and direct guidance from experienced clinic leaders. Full Benefits in Your First 30 Days:
Compensation Range: $86,109.00 – $129,163.00 per year. This position is also eligible for: bonus / equity / student loan repayment / relocation assistance.
